Yuhor is also Halal certified, which enables export to the majority Islamic countries.
The key moment in the area of food safety was the beginning of implementation of HACCP Certifcate, which introduction contributed to the improvement of the exisisting system of health and safety of meat and meat products in Yuhor, taking into account both local and international legislation in this area. It is an integrated system of control applied in food production chain with the aim to avoid all potential hazards of chemical, physical and microbiological nature. HACCP Certificate verifies that the tehnological solutions applied in the production lines comply with the European Union regulations. The next goal for Yuhor is the return to global market while keeping up with the latest trends and maintaining high strandards in the production of meat and meat products.
